Chiming in....

Post by Soulz Tears » Wed Jul 02, 2003 4:07 am

Well I will add my age to the choir...I am a very young 35.....I was raised in a mixed faith home and learned much from my aunts and great grandmother ( "madtka" ), she was ever so patient as I tried fighting what I felt inside as a child and teen.

Hind sight is 20/20 on a good day, and wish I had spent all those years studying, but alas, I had my trials & tribulations I guess to make sure that no matter what this is what I am to be and grow into a more enlightened person.

My son is only 10 and he is very capable of the comprehensive material at his disposal.....I will not hold him back as my mother tried with me...

I wish you all well starting so young, may your journeys be long, knowledgable and peaceful for you....those of you my age-ish....tis never to late to finish something you knew from the start, deep within your heart....Blessed be.....

well if I'm going to post here...

Post by irismoon » Wed Jul 02, 2003 6:01 am

I firgures if I am going to read and post here, I should throw my contribution into the pot. I am 31 mother of two young boys...who are with much intelligence and inner sight.

I've been reseaching for about 7-8 years now. And like some other posts here, I wish I had started earlier. But, it took me what seemed to be forever to firgure out that I was given a gift, and that my gifts should be used, mastered, and balanced. So, there it is. Irismoon

:o This is me. 39 years old and eyes wide open, wondering and anticipating what's next. I'm new to this board but not new to searching for truth, whatever truths are truly true. Good to know others are out there, too.

 Well, then, umm, I guess I should tell you that I think I am the oldest one here. Since is a shock everytime I say the numbers, I shall just tell you that I was born in 1950.

Like other posts, I am quite impressed with the young ones and the depth of their dedication and study. And only having been on this site a short time, the warmth is also evident. What a cool place!

If you are wondering, I am Native American and find the pagan path comforting and natural.

You are NOT the oldest one here. We have Crone and Mythellin and others. And I adore every single Elder here with all their wise words and advice!! :)
