Nope, I meant the drive through shut down 10 years ago... I saw the original star wars movies at that drive through as a little kid though...

When I moved back to FL and passed it and saw it closed 7 years ago, I asked a friend about it and they told me it had closed down 3 and 1/2 years before... kind of depressing, drive throughs were cool, if only they had dolby, heh heh..

Must be a different concept I thought you meant a place where everyone piled in the car went to and watched movies sitting in the car. with little speakers hanging on the window. #-o

You realize of course that there are some people that have never seen the real Star Wars movies and have no idea what we're talking about?

Yeah thats me. I think I saw part of the one with the teddy bears. I loved them they were adorable! I lost interest once they went off the screen though...

I've never been to a drive-in movie. We used to have a drive-in, but It closed down about 15 years ago. They tore it down two years ago and are building a new shopping center. I was all excited thinkin we were going to get real stores, but alas someone told me its gonna be a Home Depot
Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!-

I knew what you meant, I was just mimicking the people that think Episode One is the first movie.

Our Drive-in was torn down and turned into a trailer park about 12 or 13 years ago. I remember watching The Journey of Nattie Gann there When I was about six or so.

We actually have a new one going up about ten miles from my girlfriend's place. It should be finished by summer. We're uh... gonna have to try it out.

I was in ...er... Los Angeles a few years ago and we went to see Independance Day there ... it was a flash back, alright. We were lucky enough to find a friend that had an old Ford and we layed in the back. The other group found someone with a station wagon. It was kinda cool ... there were people with lawn chairs too ...

And yes, all the Drive-in's here in -this- down have turned into "swap-meets" or flea markets. Heavy on the flea. I can't wait to get the hell out of Dodge.
