In Loving Memory

In loving memory of my Aunt Alice.
I wrote this poem in 8th grade.



GoodBye

I sat and watched the clouds go by
and wondered if you'd live or die.
I didn't know what to do or say,
write a card or visit today.
I didn't have time to give a goodbye
and because I loved you I will cry.
I know you're watching from above,
on the right of God's pure, white dove.
So with this poem I say goodbye.
I'll see you later in the sky.

aw thanx. I had put it on some poetry sites too, but on those sites people just criticized it. (Poetry to me comes from the heart and that was how it flowed out of my heart)
